Privacy information

This information describes the current catalog-preview storefront. The final business privacy notice must be reviewed before commercial launch.

Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, the name, email, selected topic, optional order reference and message are sent through WordPress to the private site administrator address for responding to your enquiry. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Cart sessions and accounts

WooCommerce uses necessary session information to remember the cart and support account functions. Account details and any existing order information are stored in WordPress/WooCommerce. Ordering is currently closed, and this build does not activate a payment processor or collect card details.

Form abuse prevention

The contact endpoint validates submissions and applies a temporary rate limit based on a hashed combination of the connection IP and submitted email. It does not publish those details. The server and hosting provider may maintain their own security and access logs.

Existing site services

The website also has previously installed WordPress plugins and hosting services. Their data handling and any analytics or marketing configuration need an owner review before launch. This notice does not claim that no third party ever processes data.

Use the contact form to ask about your personal information, corrections or deletion. The store owner must establish applicable retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights in the final policy. This is a launch-stage notice, not legal advice.
