Description
Cheap insurance if you fold and tape your own substrate bags. The patch is what lets gas move while keeping spores out, and the tape is the part people substitute with packing tape, then lose a shelf of blocks to mould.
Fifty peel-and-stick patches sized for a 30 mm hole, plus three 25 mm x 9 m rolls of porous paper tape: enough for a season of home-filled 5 lb bags.
Use one patch per bag on the top face, never at the fold where wet substrate will seal it off.
What is in the box
- 1 unit with its own manual
How to grow it
- Set the item up before your kit or block arrives, not on the day.
- Check the reading or the fit with the unit running, then adjust its position once.
- Record the room temperature at 8am and 8pm for a week; that range is what your species actually sees.
- Clean and dry anything touching humid air to keep mould out of the chamber.
Care on arrival
Nothing in this category replaces technique. It makes the conditions easier to hold steady, which is where most grows are decided.

Questions
Does this come with a guarantee it will fix my grow?
No, and we would not sell it if we thought a piece of plastic could. What it does is hold conditions steady, which is where most flushes are won or lost.
Can I return it?
Thirty days, unused, in the original carton, and we would rather you sent it back than fought with a setup that does not suit your room.
What is the difference between a still air box and a monotub?
A still air box is for working: it keeps air still while you open a jar or a bag. A monotub is for fruiting: it holds humidity and gas exchange around a big block of colonised substrate. Beginners buy the tub first and need the box most.
Do I really need a humidifier?
For one kit on a counter, no, a spray bottle will do. For a tent with several blocks, or any room that runs dry in winter, yes, and it is the cheapest upgrade that changes flush outcomes.
Is shipping included, and how do you handle live orders?
Flat rate, free over $95. Kits, blocks and spawn travel in insulated packaging with a cold pack and are dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Dry goods such as substrate, bags and hardware leave the same day if the order is in before 2pm.
Live goods are packed in an insulated mailer with a cold pack and dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Standard shipping is free over $95.
