Mushroom Spawn

Named gourmet cultures on grain, sawdust or hardwood dowels. Choose spawn for indoor substrate, outdoor beds or compatible hardwood logs. Mushroom spawn is colonized material used to inoculate a larger substrate. Each item names the mushroom species; grain alone is not spawn. Match grain and sawdust spawn to the receiving substrate, and plug spawn to sound, freshly cut suitable hardwood logs.
